Kristen has 10 years of experience as a dedicated registered veterinary technician. She brings not only a wealth of knowledge, but a true passion for animal care. She genuinely loves every minute of what she does—and it shows in the compassion and attention she gives to every patient. At home, her love for animals continues with her three cats and one very sassy dachshund who keeps life entertaining! When she’s not at the clinic, you can find her out on the trails enjoying a good run or in the kitchen baking up delicious treats. Madison is a registered veterinary technician with 8 years of experience and a true passion for helping both clients and their pets feel comfortable and cared for. She has a special interest in behavior and puppy training, and she especially enjoys teaching classes to help set pets (and their people!) up for success. When she’s not at the clinic, you can find Madison baking, reading, perfecting her sourdough, or spending time with her two dachshunds and three cats. Misty is our Hospital Manager. She has been in the veterinary field for 26 plus years. Misty is happily married and has 2 children: 1 son and 1 daughter. She shares her home with 2 personality filled cats: Uzi & Wendall and 1 dog: a boxer mix named Lyla Lilac. As well with 2 rats (yes she said rats): Meatball and Paco, plus 2 ducks: Waddles & Kodak Quack the Quacker, and a 30 gallon freshwater aquarium. Misty has had a love for ALL animals as long as she can remember. Her 1st job was at a pet store where, to her mother’s dismay, she brought home a variety of pets. But if you tell her she can only pick 1 favorite animal, she will quickly reply RATS A Pierceton native, Janet was surrounded by various animals growing up, nurturing her passion to become a vet tech. She earned her RVT license from Morehead State University in KY and gained experience in a small country practice. Now with us for 11 years, Janet cherishes the deep relationships she builds with our pet parents and their furry friends. At home, her bustling menagerie includes three basset hounds, a chinchilla, a corn snake, an axolotl, various fish, several barn cats, and an array of livestock. Janet is happily married with two children, Ethan and Jason. She fills her free time with outdoor family adventures and church activities. Tracie brings over 20 years of experience from the human medical field, where she specialized in women’s health. Her background has given her a strong foundation in patient care, communication, and compassion—skills she’s excited to bring into the world of veterinary medicine. A lifelong animal lover, Tracie is thrilled to combine her medical knowledge with her passion for animals as part of the veterinary team. She enjoys getting to know clients and their pets, and she takes pride in helping every animal feel safe and cared for. When she’s not at work, you can find Tracie out hiking or walking her dogs, tending to her garden, or baking something delicious in the kitchen. She shares her home with her son and a lively mix of pets—including dogs, cats, goats, rabbits, and even a bearded dragon! Megan is married and a proud mom of two sons. Her home is full of furry companions too—with a border collie and cats keeping things lively. She comes to us with a background in the human medical field, where her favorite part of the job was building connections with patients and their families. She’s excited to continue that same meaningful connection here in her role as a Customer Service Representative. Outside of work, Megan enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, and listening to true crime podcasts. Kristen Waikel, RVT
